With proven conflict management techniques, you can minimize the negative impact of conflict, keep relationships on track and lower your stress. In this live workshop, you will have the opportunity to put conflict prevention and conflict management strategies into practice by developing approaches to realistic conflict scenarios. This workshop consists of a 1.5-hour practice session, for which learners will earn the Conflict Management Practice Microbadge.
