Sessions begin with a brief introduction followed by a guided meditation, led by Neesha Patel of Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being. Sessions will be held Thursdays, March 31 - June 9, from 12:30-1 p.m. Register for this series via Zoom. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information on how to join the Zoom sessions. No sessions held on April 28, May 5 and 12. |
