During this time of change and uncertainty, build your stress resilience through mindfulness and loving kindness meditations. Join us from wherever you are via Zoom. Open to beginners and experienced meditators alike. Led by Neesha Patel.

Two sessions this week: 4:15-5 p.m. Wednesday, May, 27, and Thursday, May 28. One-time registration covers all sessions. The session held on Thursday, May 28, will focus on compassion, loving kindness, gratitude and joy.
