This workshop will introduce users to the basics of Zotero, an open-source citation manager which probably offers the simplest and most convenient introduction to citation management. In the course of an hour, users will learn all the necessary skills to use Zotero for their research including how to import source meta-data and full-text, organize their sources, export sources into papers, choose citation styles, connect the web and desktop versions of Zotero and cooperate with other Zotero users in groups. Since this software is not loaded in the library lab, these sessions will be for demonstration UNLESS users bring their own laptops with Zotero already loaded which can be done here https://www.zotero.org/download/.

Please register for a seat.
