COMING SOON: New search interface for Zoological Record! Our ProQuest access to the Zoological Record database will cease after 2018. As of 12/12/18, the UCD Library has trial access to the new Web of Science version through 1/10/19. This will become the only platform for Zoological Record in 2019. Learn how to transition any saved searches and updates/alerts from the ProQuest to Web of Science platform. Find out the differences between the two versions of Zoological Record and the new things you can do on the Web of Science platform.

Zoological Record is the primary literature database for wildlife researchers. Covering literature from 1864, it is the world’s oldest continuing database of animal biology. Comprehensive coverage of zoology; including behavior, conservation and environmental science, ecology, evolution, genetics, habitat, marine and freshwater biology, nutrition, parasitology and disease, reproduction, taxonomy and systematics, veterinary studies, zoogeography and fossil records. Especially strong in new species reports and field studies.
