Mindfulness is receiving increasing scientific support as an effective way to manage stress and promote well-being. Neesha Patel leads this three-session series: 12:10-12:50 p.m. Mondays, Jan. 28, and Feb. 4 and 11. Open to all faculty, staff, students and retirees with any level of experience. Register here.
