Evolutionary Anthropology Colloquium Series

Michael Gavin is an associate professor in the College of Natural Sciences at Colorado State University, Fort Collins. He is also a research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Human History. His work draws on theory and methods from geography, anthropology, ecology, evolutionary biology and economics to examine biocultural approaches to conservation, as well as the geography and evolution of cultural diversity.
