The Stephens-Davis Branch Library, long-time contributor to the Campus Community Book Project, presents "Caturday in the Library." Learn and experience the joy of cat companionship. 

Events include kitten and cat adoptions, a kitty-themed story time, kitty crafts, a screening of the film Kedi, and talks about about the positive mental and physical health benefits of owning a pet, and best practices for living with cats. Melissa Bain, Mikel Delgado, and Emma Griggs from School of Veterinary Medicine will be speaking.

The 2018-2019 book project features a year-long program around The Book of Joy: Lasting Happiness in a Changing World by the Dalai Lama, Archbishop Desmond Tutu and Douglas Abrams. For a complete listing of events, visit
