Campus Community Book Project

Geshe Tenzing Thinley, Tibetan Buddhist Philosophy, will facilitate a  workshop on "How to Meditate in Modern Time." Meditation isn't about only focusing on your breath. This workshop will introduce you to and guide you on mind training by using reason and analysis. Open to the public.
