Join us for guided mindfulness meditation sessions, open to all experience levels,12:10 to 12:50 p.m. Thursdays, three weeks in a row, Aug. 2, 9 and 16, Vanderhoef Studio Theatre, Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts.
