UC Davis' new Human Library holds its inaugural "reading" next week. In this library, "books" are people, their pages are life experiences and reading is a one-on-one conversation. Six human "books" (one undergraduate, one graduate student, one alumna and three staff) will share their stories of being homeless, surviving sexual trauma and depression, finding happiness and success despite discrimination or disability, and dealing with a loved one's addiction.

Register here. Attend for all or part of the program.
