He also performs research at the bench in the intramural program at NINDS. Dr. Silberberg will discuss the role of a program official in the NIH grant and fellowship system, tips for effective interfacing with the different aspects of the application, review, and award steps. He will also discuss his career as a Program Director and intramural scientist, and more recently as Director of Research Quality. |
