A series of three, drop-in, guided mindfulness meditation sessions led by Neesha Patel. Open to all experience levels. All sessions will be from 12:10 to 1 p.m. in the Vanderhoef Studio Theatre at the Mondavi Center, three Mondays in a row: March 5, 12 and 19.
