Each session will offer key Insights drawn from developmental and neuro-sciences, that you can use to support your family's wellbeing. Themes include empathy, love and self-love, gratefulness, the benefits of unstructured time and “feeling bored,” the technology-rich age, and more.

We will introduce Personal Practices, which are activities or reflections that you can try during the week to support and nurture your child or yourself. Every session will be concluded with a guided meditation for parents, to enrich your own sense of wellbeing. (No prior experience meditating is needed.)
