This gentle hatha yoga workshop will guide you through a series of poses that thoroughly stretch the muscles around the shoulders, neck and upper back. You will also learn to move in rhythm with your breath to encourage a deeper more diaphragmatic breathing pattern. Everyone is welcome regardless of your yoga experience.
