Professors Michael Hardt and Joshua Clover discuss the rise of right-wing
movements in the United States and around the world, and the impulse to fight back. In a time of capitalist crisis, what forms of anti-capitalist struggle are possible, and what is effective against the current ruling power? Michael Hardt is professor of literature at Duke University and with Antonio Negri, co-author of Empire (2000), Multitude (2004), and Assembly (2017). Joshua Clover is professor of English and comparative literature at UC Davis and the author of Riot. Strike. Riot: The New Era of Uprisings (2016).
