"Dining and Drinking in China: Etiquette and Beyond"

If you visit China and dine there, or if you are invited by a Chinese friend, you might wonder about the proper manners at the table. You will not only learn the most general sets of rules at the table, but also understand what’s behind them. Tasting: baijiu (a sorghum-based alcoholic beverage), rice wine and Chinese dishes.
