Learn about the following key resources/search tactics for lab staff: Major life science methods/protocols resources; automatic updates of your specialized research topics with library literature database results sent via weekly/monthly e-mails; locating journal impact factors or rankings to help determine which journals your lab should publish in; tool to apply co-citation analysis to cited references; how to collaborate in your lab in the use of EndNote; preview e-books from an ever-widening range of publishers and aggregators; locate core computer tech e-books to help with your running the lab website, making computer fixes, or writing code for your research group; UCD-eLinks tool for linking.
