What makes Chinese food so delicious? What are the secrets of brewing Chinese wine? This presentation will introduce "the five flavors," and the principles and methods of brewing Chinese wine. Tastings: baijiu (a sorghum-based alcoholic beverage), rice wine and Chinese dishes.
