An interactive two-day workshop with a focus on microbial produce safety systems from preharvest to postharvest.

Content will provide participants with a framework for decision-making on key topics common to industry guidance and standards, with a blend of fundamental, applied, and practical information on evolving produce food safety programs. Course includes interactive formal lectures, group assessment of case examples, and group problem-solving challenges.
