Summer Brown Bag: WorkLife and Wellness

What makes the Bender Ball such a versatile and amazing exercise tool? Well, it’s small, light and very portable, and perfect for home use. It can assist you in proper form and position. It enables you to target the muscles of the abdomen, thighs, buttocks and so many more! Experience a variety of exercises using the Bender Ball, including cardio, upper body, lower body and core. Leave with a simple workout program you can do at home. Bender Balls will be available to borrow on a first-come, first-serve basis. Bring a large towel or mat for floor work.

No preregistration.
