With this program, UC Center Sacramento switches its Thursday Speaker Series to Wednesdays.

Speaker: David Cleveland, a human ecologist and research professor, Environmental Studies Program and the Department of Geography, UC Santa Barbara. Our food system contributes 25 percent or more of our greenhouse gas emissions. Diet change could make a major contribution to California’s climate change mitigation targets, and is needed to link successful climate and health policies.
