![]() | Wing Chun is a martial arts self-defense practice form of Chinese Kung Fu which includes a variety of kicks and punches sprinkled with basic fitness movements. Sam offers multiple levels to create a workout that can be intense or easy to accommodate every level and ability. No equipment is required. A waiver is required for attendance.
