Monthly program, January through December, previously presented by WorkLife and now sponsored by the Staff and Faculty Health and Well-Being Program. The workshops, led by Brenda (Astara) Gustin, strive to instill energy and vitality in participants, and to help them be receptive and relaxed, allowing them to recharge the body, calm the mind, open the heart, and come away with positive, cheerful and wholesome attitudes. These workshops are suitable for beginners, who are just learning about meditation, and for those who already make meditation their daily practice.
